Weekday Mass - 9.30am

Friday evening -7.30pm

Sat morn -10am with Confessions after Mass.

Mon 16th & Tue 17th @ 7.30pm.

Please Note: It is the intention to keep Weekend Masses throughtout the year at 7.30pm Sat & 10am Sun. If anyone has serious promblem with these times please contact Fr Joe

St Patrick’s Day Collection:

The St Patricks Day collection will go to our Priests on mission. Please continue your generous support for the Missions.

Confirmation: Congratulations to the 37 young People who received the Sacrament of Confirmation in Kilrush Church last weekend.

Financial meeting: Will take place in Parochial House Kilrush on Fri 27th March @ 8pm.

Church Gate Collection: In aid of Cystic Fibrosis will be held this weekend at both Masses. Your support will be greatly appreciated.

Shamrock Sale:

Pupils from Ballyroebuck School will be selling Shamrock at both Masses this weekemd to raise funds for Ballyroebuck NS.

 

Ballyroebuck N.S. Enrolment 2009:

Forms for junior infants wishing to start Ballyroebuck National School in September ’09 are now available from Mrs Gahan or Mrs Kavanagh.We will be accepting application until Easter, as we need to plan accomadation for the coming year. Please inform any Parent in your area who do not have a child in the school at the moment & who may have a child ready to start school in Sept.’09. Enquiries can be made by phoning the School on 053 93 77410 or call into the School (preferably after 3pm).

 

GAA.News: Indoor Hurling training for Under 8’s on Friday night in Askamore. All players must have Helmet, hurl, shinguards & runners. Underage training starts back this Sunday morning 15th March from 10.45am to 12noon for U10s, U12s, & U14s

"Hosted by Kilrush Drama Group" in St. Brigid’s Hall Carnew from 14th to 22nd March. @ 8pm nightly.

Tickets €35 for 9 nights - €20 Students or €8 nightly, are available from P.J.Arthur and Mick Byrne or at the door on the night.

Coiste Na Nog – GAA: Are organising a

"Positive Mental Health Seminar" in Askamore, Community Centre on Thur 2nd April @ 8.30pm. Speakers:

Ted Tierney, -Deputy CEO Mental Health Ireland.

Fran Gleeson - AWARE.

George O’Connor -Hurling Coaching Officer.

Tony Dempsey - Former TD.

Everyone is welcome to attend what promises to be a very informative evening

Community Games: There will be a House of Story night in Askamore Community Centre on Tue 24th March @ 8.30pm. Tickets will be on sale at the door

& all proceeds go to the Community Games

Carnew One Step Ahead: are hosting there first ever St Patricks Day parade. Anyone wishing to join can contact Una at ‘Expressions’ for application forms. Lots of prizes on the day.
